Please read these Terms and Conditions of Use (“Terms”) carefully. By accessing or using any services, resources, programs, or materials provided by Shavonne Gammage & Co., LLC d/b/a Elevated Blueprint (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including consulting engagements, fractional Chief People Officer (CPO) services, strategic advisory programs, leadership workshops, digital or downloadable materials, or the website https://elevatedblueprint.com (“Website”), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our Website or Services.

 

Services

Elevated Blueprint provides strategic consulting, fractional CPO engagements, executive and leadership advisory services, and related digital programs (“Services”). The scope, duration, and deliverables for each Service are defined in your engagement agreement or on the purchase page.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any Service or pricing at any time with reasonable notice.

 

Eligibility

Our Services are intended for individuals and organizations aged 18 or older. By using our Services, you confirm you have authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of yourself or your organization.

Payments

You agree to pay all fees as outlined at checkout or in your signed engagement agreement. Payment must be made in full unless otherwise stated in writing.
You authorize Shavonne Gammage & Co., LLC d/b/a Elevated Blueprint to process all payments using your selected payment method. Failure to pay when due may result in suspension or termination of Services. Late payments may incur fees, and you agree to reimburse any collection or legal costs related to unpaid balances.

 

Refund Policy

Unless otherwise specified in your engagement agreement:

• Consulting, fractional CPO, and advisory engagements are non-refundable once initiated.

• Digital resources or workshops may be refundable only if requested in writing within five (5) business days of purchase and prior to accessing materials.

• No refunds will be issued for partially completed or delivered Services.

 

Intellectual Property

All frameworks, methodologies, templates, documents, and materials provided by the Company are owned by Shavonne Gammage & Co., LLC d/b/a Elevated Blueprint and protected under copyright and trademark law. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license for internal business or personal use only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any materials for commercial purposes without prior written consent. Permission requests should be directed to sgammage@elevatedblueprint.com.

 

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary, sensitive, or non-public information shared during the engagement. While the Company takes reasonable measures to safeguard information, electronic communications may not be fully secure.

Professional Conduct

Clients and participants are expected to engage respectfully and professionally with all Company representatives, partners, and participants. Harassment, solicitation, or misuse of proprietary materials is strictly prohibited. The Company reserves the right to terminate Services immediately, without refund, for behavior deemed unprofessional or disruptive.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Our Services and materials are provided for educational and strategic purposes only. The Company does not provide legal, financial, or medical advice. No guarantees are made regarding specific results, outcomes, or earnings. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company disclaims all warranties, express or implied, and shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services or Website.

 

Termination

The Company may terminate or refuse service to any client at any time for breach of these Terms, nonpayment, or behavior inconsistent with professional standards.
Upon termination, all access to Services and materials will cease immediately, and you remain responsible for any outstanding fees.

 

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Atlanta, Georgia.

 

Force Majeure

The Company shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, illness, or technical disruptions.

 

Modifications

We may update or modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on the Website with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our Services after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
